Meditation is a practice in which an individual sees his/her inner self focuses on thoughts, practices mindfulness, increases focus and attention. A person achieves mental stability and becomes emotionally calm.
Meditation is a beautiful technique to understand yourself and become more aware of your surrounding. By meditation, you can activate and balance seven chakras of your body. It’s our old traditional practice used by Gautam Buddha and our rishi-munis. It is practiced in all religions in different ways.
Meditation balances our neurochemicals. Any disturbances to these chemicals cause mental problems like depression, anxiety, anger, sleeping problem, and behavior problems, etc. Then these problems manifest into physical illnesses and create an imbalance in our brain-body connections.
