WHAT IS REJECTION?
REJECTION means not accepting yourself. It is a serious disease that once fixed in your mind, leads to disaster in the future. It is a parasite that eats you internally slowly and gradually without your awareness. Therefore, keeping an eye on REJECTION FEELING is like protecting your self-confidence. The Feeling of rejection doesn’t allow you to receive what you deserve in life. It is a pathetic feeling that makes you emotionally weak. I empathize with those who have a feeling of rejection in the deepest part of their heart. It’s a feeling of loneliness. You feel like being unaccepted by society. You have unknowing fear and feeling of being unwanted. HOW TO HELP JEALOUS PEOPLE?
WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF FEELING OF REJECTION?
There are many reasons for this. One of the most important facts is your upbringing. If your earlier years of upbringing are full of self-doubt and high competition, you grow with this feeling. Firstly, your upbringing environment is one of the reasons for it. Secondly, it depends on the number of siblings you have. If you have more than two or three siblings, you and any of your siblings have a high chance of experiencing this feeling. Because more siblings mean more competition for parent’s love. Sometimes parents are more inclined towards one child than others. They unknowingly avoid others. This creates competition among siblings and they try to search for ways to get parent’s attention. And the children who are clever achieve their attention. But a simple-minded child remains behind in this race. This germinates the feeling of rejection in that child. Thirdly, sometimes a person who belongs to a community of minority works or lives in the community of majority. So the discrimination in the attitude of the majority towards that person becomes the cause of the feeling of rejection in that person. When a person with any deformity or disorder is not well accepted by society, may cause this feeling in that person. But the most damaging factor is acceptance of this rejection. When you accept that you are rejected, you lose your many rights and self-confidence. And then tragedy begins. Some other common reasons for this feeling are the rejection by your partner, by a company for a job, or by your teacher for any performance. We start feeling that we are incapable of any task. We feel that we may not deserve anything which is achieved by privileged people or other successful people. But this feeling gets deep-rooted when we accept this feeling. We believe that we don’t deserve what others are getting. We ourselves start rejecting valuable things. For instance, if a rich man calls a labourer into his huge mansion and asks him to sit on a velvet soft couch, that poor man probably denies or sits on the floor as he feels he doesn’t deserve to sit on that costly couch. This is a true example of a feeling of rejection. He himself will reject that luxury believing that it is not for him. This deep-rooted belief devoid us of many such things in our life. Such things may be wealth, love, luxury, happiness, relationships, success, right to speak, and demand any necessity. WHY FEELING OF REJECTION IS HARMFUL?
WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF THIS FEELING OF REJECTION?
- It takes away our self-confidence.
- It doesn’t allow us to claim our rights.
- It may cause mental disorders like depression, fears, or phobias.
- It stops our social and emotional growth.
- It always keeps you at the back seat while making choices.
- It forces you to suppress your desires even needs.
NEVER ALLOW THIS FEELING TO GERMINATE IN YOUR HEART. YOU ARE BORN TO LIVE HAPPILY AND FREELY. HAPPINESS IS YOUR RIGHT NOT A CHOICE. YOU DESERVE EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE THAT OTHERS ARE ENJOYING. BY REJECTING ANY GIFT THAT LIFE GIVES YOU MEANS REJECTING THE LAW OF THE UNIVERSE AND DENYING THE WILL OF GOD.
